Monkey have Reacting to Listen Metal Music

Music has long been known to affect the emotions a person who heard it. Not only human beings can be affected by the strains of music, monkeys too. Especially, the monkey will respond immediately when listening to metal music.
This conclusion is the result of recent studies conducted in the U.S. scientists of monkey cotton-top tamarin in South America. They said, basically monkeys immune to the kinds of general music often heard by humans.
However, this study suggests a different opinion. The unique one dominant type of music affects emotions in monkeys, namely metal music.
NPR, Thursday (3/9/2009) launch, in this study monkeys exposed to various types of music that describe different emotions as varied as fear, depression, sense of brotherhood, hospitality hospitality, security, joy and others.
As the songs played, tamarin monkeys react according to the message in any music that he listens to. Surprisingly, the reaction appears prominently when the monkeys exposed to heavy metal songs of the musical group Metallica dinyayikan. "The monkey responded immediately and show anxiety. They move faster and keep paced back and forth," said Chuck Snowdown psychology professor from the University of Wisconsin.
